Fully recommended to all of colleagues in my circle that fully organised and fully supportive to customers. As a retentional client my very good and fantablous experience with LMS. If you re looking for one stop garage then just visit with your vehicles. Economical charges of services body work and mechanical work. There is a trade department as well who is best selling cars with quite economical & cheaper rates then market. MOT and full service charges were quite normal and good gesture by reception team and fully equipped with fantastic parts team and customer service and customer complaints as well. Fully updated with latest work of vehicle. Key to success of this garage is that Boss leads from front with complete guidance to every single employee. It's a multi dimensional compy. eBayでタイヤ４本の交換をお願いしました。初めは３時間かかると言われたのですが、実際は１時間ほどで完了し、連絡もすぐに受け取ることができました。（いつも仕事が早いというわけではないようですが。。。）メッセージのレスポンスもよく、対応も悪くないと思います。値段についてはeBayで注文したのでよくわからないですが、タイヤ交換時に下回りの軽い点検も行ってくれたのでコスパはすごくいいのかなと思いました。機会があれば次回もお願いしたいと思える工場でした。 ~ S R

I chose LMS having put in a query to WhoCanFixMyCar - they diagnosed the problem within a few working days - a faulty gearshift motor in my semi-automatic ford fiesta. The replacement gearshift motor took a while to arrive from the EU (thanks Brexit) but once received the works took place very quickly and I was satisfied with the works done. The body of the car was also given a nice wipe down prior to picking the car up which was a nice touch. A minor comment: the car windscreen and some of the windows were very dusty as the car was in the garage for several weeks so I had to get out of my car and clean this off very soon after picking up the car. Overall, I would choose LMS again and thank them for their service. ~ Martin O

LMS Ltd is simplify the best I had a great experience with them. They are honest, trust-worthy and keep their promise what they say about the cars. I bought Vauxhall Corsa it was a CAT N car with a very minor damage. The photograph were shown prior to the damage before and after one cannot figure it out that this was a damage car the works were done seamlessly. I met Abbas and Junaid onsite they were most helpful and very kind people I asked to do some changes i.e. to replace the tyre and asked them to do the full service including the Valet car with Fresh MOT they honoured my request. The car smells like new and in an absolute mint condition I am very pleased with the car and the service. Nonetheless, their customer service team Hamza and Hassan both are very good in communicating and providing the correct information without any blooper. The folks at London Motor Sports have been taking care of all of my Cars for a long time. They service it and fix things when needed. Because of there good work my cars have performed well and remain reliable despite there advancing years. The workshop people are highly skilled and deal with the problems efficiently. The brothers in the office are helpfull and friendly. They do not invent needless work and so the invoices are fair and reasonable. Updating my review..... I used them again almost a year later than the first time. I can report that I am once again completely satisfied with their work, the time it took and the price. These guys communicate best by whats app. Contacting you with any updates and responding immediately. When I say immediately I mean straight away no waiting in a queue, no being put on hold. My review from the year before stands. A breath of fresh air. Really friendly guys. No wait no queue, they knew who I was. Dropped car off with minimum of fuss. As it should be bravo. ~ Steve P

Update - Called me back to put badge on for me and have the car a wash , review back to 5 stars Originally said this Great job , quick turnaround Job they did was good but they also decided to debadge the left front wing of my Audi and not tell me , just tucked in it the storage of my arm rest for me to find the next morning! I should of maybe taken more care inspecting car but it was dark and you don’t expect a badge to be removed . Makes sense why the guy was so keen for me give a 5 star before I drive off ~ Dil B

Totally brilliant service, staff are wonderful they keep you updated on what is happening and they dont rip you off. Nothing is to much for them. There is a young lad there that is totally wonderful and very happy to help you out and answer your questions. I will be telling my family and friends about this garage and I will certainly be taking my car back to them. My car was scratched and dented by an Ocado van. LMS were my trusted mechanic who have sorted out my body works from a previous accident. The customer service is amazing, very attentive and I was kept up ro date. The works were done within a tight deadline and honestly LMS works are faultless. I went to MLS for Accident body repair. My car had a deep scratch and hole on the door & broken mirror cover. The guys were super helpful and fixed the damage perfectly in a very short period of time. I can never recommend them enough. My experience here was great. They communicated with me throughout the process and were very polite throughout the whole work. On arrival they seated me and brought my car out and even navigated the car out of the garage as it was packed and tight to get out. Service was a door scratch on the drivers side and passenger right. The price is lower than what you would expect for the work but it was worth it. ~ Nick A

Was great checked all work was done after major Service. My Car was last serviced at 22,000 and I had it serviced again at around 29,000 the car was sat at a car lot for nearly over a year during pandemic and we bought it with the missus . Anyway I just wanted the oil and mainly filters done if they needed it. Great experience! They didn’t try to upsell or offer me any services I did not want. They provided an itemised bill of everything they charged for. Very rare to find a garage that doesn’t rip you off. London Motor Sports were amazing, they arranged collection of my vehicle from home and worked quickly to inspect the issues. First time getting my car full serviced. The garage is actually MASSIVE! They do all sorts of car works. Really great customer service always communicating through WhatsApp with all updates. Friendly staff, good price, and good service and MOT as far as I can tell. They offered a car wash for £20 which I accepted, but when I got the car back you can hardly call it cleaned. Still had dog hair everywhere, finger prints on the windows, etc. They didn't charge me for the car wash in the end, so all good. But they shouldn't offer the service if they can't provide it well. ~ Alex M
